Situated at an elevation of 1400 meters above sea level, this region creates ideal conditions for the cultivation of specialty coffee. Committed to excellence, San Carlos Dos passionately crafts experimental micro-lots, employing perfected processing techniques to offer you exclusive flavors.
In our pursuit of the extraordinary, our roaster personally selected Dulzura, Abejas, and Maravilla coffees during a direct visit to San Carlos Dos. This hands-on approach allows us to share the uniqueness of El Salvador's volcanic soil by-products.
